  • Australian law: If you are in Australia, you acknowledge that the Operator is not licensed in Australia and that Australian law, including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth), may restrict access to offshore interactive gambling services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using Leon Casino via betleon-au.com is not unlawful for you; the Operator does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that the Services comply with Australian regulatory requirements.
  • Single account rule: You may register only one Account in your own legal name. Multiple Accounts, Accounts for or on behalf of others, and shared Accounts are prohibited.

  • Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or phone number (if collected) by following the instructions sent to you. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions or closure of your Account.

  • Login credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow another person to use your Account.
  • Notification duty: You must promptly notify the Operator if you suspect any unauthorised access, security breach or misuse of your Account.
  • Prohibited tools: You must not use VPNs, proxy servers, Tor, remote desktops or similar technologies to disguise your identity or location, circumvent ACMA or other regulatory blocking, or access the Website from a prohibited location. Use of such tools is a serious breach and may lead to voiding of bets and closure of your Account.

Responsible Gambling and Self-Exclusion

  • Tools: The Operator provides Responsible Gambling Tools (including self-exclusion forms) via https://betleon-au.com/responsible-gaming. You are encouraged to use these tools if you experience gambling-related harm.
  • Self-exclusion: If you self-exclude, your Account will be suspended for the selected period, and you must not attempt to open new Accounts during that time. The handling of balances on self-excluded Accounts will follow the Responsible Gaming and KYC policies and Applicable Law.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules for Placing Bets

  • Availability: Bets may be placed only via your Account while you are logged in. A bet is accepted when it has been processed by the Operator's servers and appears in your betting or transaction history.
  • Stakes and limits: Minimum and maximum stakes for each game are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant rules page. The Operator may adjust limits at any time and may impose individual limits for risk management or responsible gambling reasons.
  • Game rules: Each game is subject to its specific rules, pay-tables and return-to-player (RTP) information provided within the game client. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and a game's own rules, the game rules prevail for gameplay resolution.
  • RNG fairness: Non-live games use a random number generator (RNG). You accept that the RNG software determines the random outcome of games and that such outcomes are final and binding, subject to error correction as set out below.

Bet Cancellation, Errors and Technical Issues

  • Player-initiated cancellation: Once a bet has been accepted, you may not cancel or change it unless the game or product specifically allows for such cancellation before acceptance.
  • Obvious errors: If a bet is accepted or a payout calculated due to a technical error, misconfiguration, malfunction, corrupted data, obvious mispricing, or human error ("Obvious Error"), the Operator may:
    • Void the affected bet and return the original stake to your Real Money Balance; or
    • Correct the error and resettle the bet at the correct terms, where feasible.
    In all cases, incorrectly credited funds may be reversed or reclaimed.
  • Interruption of play: If your connection is interrupted during a game, the result will be determined according to the rules of that game as recorded on the Operator's servers. The Operator is not responsible for local hardware, software, network or ISP failures on your side.

Live Casino and Chat Conduct

  • Respectful behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other Players. Any abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour in live games or chat functions is strictly prohibited.
  • No collusion or unfair advantage: You must not collude with other Players, use bots or automated tools, exploit software bugs, use external assistance programs, or otherwise attempt to obtain an unfair advantage.
  • Monitoring: The Operator monitors gameplay for irregular patterns, including but not limited to coordinated betting, arbitrage and systematic exploitation. Suspected Prohibited Conduct may result in bet voiding, account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
  • VPN and masking tools: Using VPNs or similar tools to enter restricted live tables or jurisdictions is Prohibited Conduct. If detected, the Operator may void bets and close the Account in accordance with these Terms.

Bonus Terms

Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Acceptance of bonus conditions: By claiming or accepting any Bonus or Promotion (including those offered via affiliates targeting Australian players), you agree to the specific terms of that Promotion in addition to these Terms. Promotion-specific terms (such as minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bet and expiry) are displayed on the Website at the time of the offer.
  • Wagering requirements: Each Promotion specifies the wagering requirement (e.g. a multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit amount) and the time period within which it must be completed. Until wagering is completed, Bonus Funds and any associated winnings are not withdrawable and may be forfeited if the requirement is not met in time.
  • Game weighting: Different games may contribute differently toward wagering (for example, pokies/slots may contribute 100%, while table games, live casino or low-risk bets may contribute at a reduced rate or 0%). The applicable weightings are stated in the Promotion terms or bonus rules section of the Website.

Prohibited Games and Actions

  • Excluded games: Certain games or providers may be excluded from wagering or may be restricted in specific Promotions. Any such exclusions are listed in the relevant Promotion terms. Wagers on excluded games do not count toward wagering and may result in confiscation of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
  • Irregular betting patterns: The following, without limitation, may be treated as bonus abuse or irregular play:
    • Placing equal, low-margin or zero-risk bets (e.g. betting on red and black simultaneously);
    • Using a "max bet" strategy consistently while bonus is active; or
    • Delaying game rounds (including free spins or bonus features) to a time after wagering has been completed or real money has been withdrawn.
    If the Operator reasonably believes that you have engaged in bonus abuse, it may void Bonuses, cancel associated winnings and close your Account.

Combining Promotions and General Rules

  • One Promotion at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one active Bonus or Promotion may be used at any given time. You may not combine or "stack" multiple Promotions on the same deposit or wagering activity.
  • Country restrictions: The Operator may restrict certain Promotions for residents of specific countries, including Australia, or for users employing crypto Payment Methods. Such restrictions will be displayed in the offer or may be applied by geolocation or account settings.
  • Right to amend or withdraw: The Operator may amend or withdraw any Promotion at any time, subject to honouring rights already earned where required by Applicable Law. Any change will be effective from the time it is published on the Website and will not apply retrospectively to Promotions already accepted unless required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Processing

  • Payment Methods: The Operator may accept deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfer, PayID intermediaries, and cryptocurrencies, as displayed in the cashier section of the Website. Availability of methods may differ by country (including for Australian residents) and may change without prior notice.
  • Payment processors: Fiat payments may be processed on behalf of Moonlite N.V. by third parties, including SafeGate Limited (Gibraltar) and Covimal Limited (Cyprus), or other duly appointed processors. Your statement may show the name of such payment partners.
  • Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day or per month are specified in the cashier. The Operator may adjust these limits at its discretion, including in response to AML/KYC considerations or regulatory developments (such as tightened Australian banking corridors expected through 2026).
  • Fees and FX: The Operator may charge processing fees as indicated in the cashier. Your bank, card issuer or crypto provider may also charge fees or apply currency exchange rates. The Operator is not responsible for third-party charges or FX losses.

Withdrawals

  • Verification: Before processing withdrawals, the Operator may require KYC verification, including identity, address and source-of-funds checks, in line with the KYC policy and Curaçao's evolving LOK framework. Failure to provide requested documents may result in delays, cancellation of withdrawals, or closure of your Account.
  • Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed via the same Payment Method used for deposit. If this is not feasible (for example, due to card or banking restrictions affecting Australian Players), the Operator may offer alternative methods, including cryptocurrency withdrawals.
  • Processing times: Indicative withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier. Internal review times may be extended in case of security checks, suspected Prohibited Conduct, chargebacks, regulatory requests or high volumes. External banking or blockchain delays are outside the Operator's control.
  • Bonus restrictions: If your balance includes Bonus Funds, withdrawal may be restricted until all applicable wagering requirements are satisfied. If you request a withdrawal before completion, the Operator may cancel the Bonus and associated winnings in accordance with the Promotion terms.

Refunds, Chargebacks and Crypto Transactions

  • Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once used for betting or after a bonus has been activated, except where required by Applicable Law. The Operator may, at its discretion, consider refund requests where no betting has taken place and no Promotion has been used.
  • Chargebacks: You must not make unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may:
    • Deduct the disputed amount and any related fees from your Account;
    • Void associated bets and winnings; and
    • Close your Account and report the incident to relevant authorities and financial institutions.
  • Crypto deposits and withdrawals: When using cryptocurrencies, you acknowledge that:
    • Transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the network;
    • Value is subject to significant volatility; and
    • Network congestion or fees may affect timing and net amounts received.
    • The Operator credits and debits crypto according to the rates and mechanisms shown in the cashier at the time of the transaction, and is not responsible for market movements or network delays.

    Limitation of Liability

    Operator's Obligations

    • Service provision: The Operator endeavours to provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, using industry-standard security measures, and to ensure that game outcomes are generated fairly by certified RNG systems or reputable live casino providers.
    • Information accuracy: The Operator uses reasonable efforts to ensure that information on the Website (including game rules, RTPs and balance information) is accurate. Where discrepancies occur, the data recorded on the Operator's servers will generally prevail, subject to error correction provisions.

    Exclusions of Liability

    • No guarantee of uninterrupted service: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator does not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
    • Technical and third-party failures: To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, the Operator is not liable for:
      • Any loss arising from failures of your equipment, internet connection or software;
      • Any interruption or blocking of access caused by ISPs, ACMA DNS-blocking orders or other governmental actions in Australia or elsewhere;
      • Failures or delays by payment providers, banks, card schemes or blockchain networks.
    • Regulatory and banking restrictions: You acknowledge that Australian banks and regulators may increasingly restrict payments to offshore gambling operators and crypto exchanges through 2026. The Operator is not responsible for any inability to deposit or withdraw caused by such third-party restrictions.
    • Indirect and consequential loss: To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, business, data or opportunity, even if foreseeable.

    Limitation of Maximum Liability

    • Cap on liability: Subject to any non-excludable rights under Applicable Law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Operator's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed:
      • The amount of the relevant bet or wager in dispute; or
      • Your net deposits to the Account over the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim,
      • whichever is lower.
      • Player responsibility: You are fully responsible for your use of the Services, including all bets placed, tax obligations in your jurisdiction, and any consequences arising from your decision to use offshore gambling services such as Leon Casino via betleon-au.com.

      Intellectual Property Rights

      • Ownership: All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos (including the Leon Casino and lion mascot branding), images, audio, video, software, and game titles, is owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors or content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
      • Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website and Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
      • Prohibited uses: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, transmit, publicly display, perform, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its software, except as expressly permitted by Applicable Law and only to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually waived.
      • Third-party content: Games and software provided by third-party suppliers remain the intellectual property of those suppliers. Your use of such content is subject to these Terms and any additional terms imposed by the relevant supplier.

      Privacy & Data Protection

      • Privacy policy: Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at https://betleon-au.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to such processing.
      • Data processing purposes: Personal data may be used for account management, KYC/AML, transaction processing, responsible gambling measures, customer support, fraud prevention, marketing (where permitted) and compliance with legal obligations in Curaçao and other relevant jurisdictions.
      • Cross-border transfers: As the Operator and many of its processors are located outside Australia (including in Curaçao, Gibraltar and Cyprus), your data may be transferred and stored in those countries. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by Applicable Law.

      Changes to Terms

      • Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in law (including Curaçao's LOK reforms and Australian regulatory developments), regulatory guidance, business operations or security requirements.
      • Notification: Material changes will be notified by one or more of the following:
        • Posting the updated Terms at https://betleon-au.com/terms with an updated effective date;
        • Displaying an in-account or on-site banner notice; and/or
        • Sending an email or account message to the address registered to your Account.
      • Acceptance of changes: Continued use of the Website or Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible Real Money Balance.
      • Non-retrospective effect: Unless required by law or regulatory authority, amendments will not apply retroactively to bets already settled before the effective date.

      Termination & Suspension

      Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

      • Grounds: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, restrict access to the Services, withhold deposits and/or winnings (as permitted by Applicable Law) if:
        • You breach these Terms, the KYC policy, Bonus Terms or game rules;
        • You are suspected of Prohibited Conduct, including fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, chargebacks, use of stolen payment details, bonus abuse, collusion or use of VPN/proxy tools to hide your location;
        • You fail to provide required KYC or source-of-funds documentation;
        • A regulatory or law enforcement authority requests or recommends such action; or
        • Your Account is inactive, self-excluded, or associated with self-exclusion at another brand within the Operator's group, where known.
      • Notice: Where legally permissible, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the reason for suspension or termination via email, account message or other contact details on file.

      Effect of Termination

      • Balances: Upon termination (other than for serious breach or unlawful conduct), any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you, subject to KYC/AML checks and any outstanding chargebacks, fees or liabilities. Bonus Funds and incomplete wagering balances are forfeited on closure.
      • Serious breach: In cases of serious breach (including fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment instruments, or intentional circumvention of Australian or Curaçao regulations), the Operator may, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law, void bets and withhold balances pending investigation and may report your activity to applicable authorities.
      • Data retention: Personal and transactional data may be retained after account closure for the period required by law or regulation (e.g. AML record-keeping), which may extend beyond 2026.

      • Mandatory local rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including the Australian Consumer Law where applicable. However, you acknowledge that enforcement of such rights in relation to an offshore operator may be practically complex.

      • Court proceedings: Subject to any Applicable Law granting you the right to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
      • Australian regulators: You acknowledge that, as Leon Casino and Leon Casino operate under a Curaçao licence and are not regulated by Australian gambling authorities, Australian regulatory complaint channels (including ACMA or the Commonwealth Ombudsman) are generally not available in relation to disputes with the Operator.
